Fix: Check to ensure the correct GDS is selected as the Connect To:
Username and password are not defined. Contact database administrator to setup an InterBase login.

Access Denied, User Permission Setting
Fix: This message indicates that the user profile used while downloading/processing interface records does not have permission to view and run reports with full credit card information. In order to process interface, the TBO User Login must have permissions to View full Credit Card/Bank Account Numbers and to Run Reports with full credit card/bank account numbers.

The Sales Summary reported a ticket entered in IAR and not entered in Trams Back Office. A document in IAR is not invoiced in TBO. Most often happens with debit and credit memos. |
Missing IAR Ticket |
Trams Back Office shows a ticket that does not show on the Sales Summary Report. A document is entered in TBO but not in AIR. Possibly means that the invoice date on the ticket is not correct or the wrong ARC number was selected in TBO. |
Net remits do not match |
The ticket shows up in Trams Back Office and in the Sales Summary Report but the Net Remit amounts are not the same amount. Change the Trams Back Office commission amount to equal the Sales Summary Report before completing the ARC Settlement routine. Either the form of payment is incorrect in TBO, or the commission amount is incorrect |

This error occurs when a user selects 'Send to PNR' and Amadeus is selected as the 'Connect To' GDS.
Fix: Select the correct GDS from the Connect To: dropdown.
