MyCCT Reports, also known as Design Your Own (DYO) Reports, offer flexibility to the user to choose individual items for inclusion and to fully create their own report.
These reports are particularly helpful for marketing purposes and for providing Debtors with specific data not available through the main reporting menu.
MyCCT Reports are located under the MyCCT menu.
The user has the choice of using pre-defined folders, where the items for inclusion are already selected, or the design option, where the user can select items and their order. There are four categories of reports:
- Client
- Debtor
- Quote
- Sales
- Trips

Data Operations - Refresh Sales Summary
Prior to generating the MyCCT reports, the information must always be updated
Take the following steps:
On the main menu, select File then Data Operations and Refresh Sales Summary Data.
A dialogue box will be displayed where the user can enter the dates required. Enter a date range and click on the Create button.
A prompt will confirm the dates entered and warn that the process may take time. Click on Yes to proceed.
A further prompt will advise that the process is completed. Click on the Close button.
Manual refresh of MyCCTE Report Data
A data refresh is required prior to generating some DIY Reports in order to capture all transactions:
- Navigate to File -> Data Operations -> Refresh Sales Summary data.
- Select the Report required, eg. Sales Reports in “MyCCT Report” – this filter allows for Sales/Debtor/All.
- Enter the date range for data refresh.
- If a refresh is required for both MyCCT Debtor and MyCCT Sales Reports select ‘All’ from the dropdown in “MyCCT Report”.
Note: With the automation of full data refresh there is a need to ensure the manual refresh of MyCCTE Report Data is working correctly.
- The user will continue to have the option to amend the date range as required, however default date range will be as follows:
- From Date = The system will check the date of the last transaction and also the date of the last refresh and use the earliest (minimum) date to populate the From date field. If the system is not able to get the From Date then field is populated by from the 1 date of current month.
- To Date = current date
If a user runs a manual refresh of a Sales report or Debtor report then this will not impact the default date range that appears next time the screen is retrieved. The default date range will remain at the dates of the last auto refresh.
If the user runs a manual refresh of ALL data then this will amend the default date range to reflect the new date range. ie. The most recent ALL data refresh From date.
Preformatted Client and Sales Reports
The Client and Sales modules have the additional feature of pre-formatted reports. These are reports that have already been designed and saved and are available for immediate use. These reports can be edited as required and the changes saved.
