Clicking on this menu will launch the Segment Defaults Report as shown below. Should the user wish to check for any duplicate defaults where possibly only one field or condition is different. E.g. below phone field is different.
- The user is able to choose the segment type and add the conditions to build the query criteria. Clicking on the Retrieve button will retrieve the data as per the query conditions.
- The report displays the segment default name, segment default values, updated by and updated on fields. The report does not display any blank values in the segment default values. The updated by field displays the user who last updated the segment defaults and updated on field must represent the date on which the user last updated the segment defaults.
- The user is able to export into Excel or pdf as is the case with other reports.
- Clicking on the Clear button will clear the screen output and the report conditions.
- Please note that the columns for conditions displays user friendly names exactly like the field names from the Segment screen.
- The Add button adds a new row to the grid for the user to provide the conditions. The Remove button removes the row that has the current focus.
If no Conditions or Values are input into the Report it will give a list of all current Segment defaults.
