Tres has partnered with Walkme to bring our users the most up to date resources when it comes to adopting our program. These tools help agencies and their advisors learn the program while working inside of it, and offer assistance with processes and areas that are less intuitive. Feel comfortable and confident in your utilization of everything Tres has to offer in a short amount of time.
Help Menu
Clicking on Help/Onboarding Guide in the Help dropdown of the top navigation bar will open a support menu allowing users to search across articles, walk throughs, and new release spotlights.
New User Checklist
Our New User Checklist provides a structured and efficient way to introduce new users to Tres. These tasks offer a clear and straightforward path to complete necessary training, accelerating the learning process and adoption of the program.
The New User Checklist is found in the Help Menu.
Smart Tips
See those small icons next to text of fields in the program? Those are Smart Tips. Hover over a smart tip to display additional information about specific items and links to further details.
Most smart tips are tied to a icon, but others are visible when hovering over a specific field, such as the Sub Type field in Communications.
Walk Throughs
Walk throughs provide step by step on-screen guidance in Tres so that users can complete any task successfully. Tip balloons help guide users from start to finish with interactive step-by-step guidance. This ensures that new users learn the program quicker, and make fewer errors when entering new data.
All walk throughs are available in the help menu, and can also be run by clicking Guide Me buttons found throughout the program.
