The navigation menu buttons are available on all screens in Tres excluding pop ups. Use these to quick search, view program notifications, update your user profile, or logout.

Quick Search
Rapidly search for Clients, Travelers, Trips, or Suppliers. Selecting a search result will take you directly to the trip, client, traveler, or supplier profile. Search is available by Trip, Client, Traveler last name, phone number, or email. Note: To search by a Traveler's first name, enter a forward slash before the name. (Example: /Alice, /Sam, /Tony). A list of the 5 most recently viewed Clients, Travelers, Trips, and Payments will appear at the bottom of the list.
Inactive profiles will not appear in the list.
Quick Add
Quickly add a new Trip and Reservation or Client and Traveler simultaneously. Learn more about Quick Add Trip and Reservation and Quick Add Client and Traveler.
Direct Connect
Connect with suppliers to directly import reservation details into Tres. Learn more about direct connect.
Help
Includes links to the Tres knowledge base for all training and support materials, as well as a link to the most recent product release notes and the Direct Connect Provider List. Email our support team directly by clicking Email Support.
Clicking on Help/Onboarding Guide will open a support menu allowing users to search across articles, walk throughs, and new release features. New users can access the New User Checklist that provides a structured and efficient way to introduce new users to Tres .
Notifications
View system notifications. A red dot will appear next to the icon if there are new notifications.
Profile
Hovering over this icon displays the logged in user's Username, Agency Name, and Domain. Clicking will open the user's profile.
Logout
Logout of Tres. You will be automatically logged out of the program if you are inactive for 180 minutes.
