When using Office 365, the recommended email settings are port 587 and the Secure Connection should be TLS.
If you receive the error : “TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not supported error.” when sending an email within ClientBase Windows, save the 2 files located at the end of this article to your computer and then copy/paste both files to the C:\Program or Program Files (x86)\Trams\CBPlus folder. When prompted to replace the current files, select Replace or Yes.
Close ClientBase and reopen the program.
