FAQs
Q: What are the training times for each day?
A: Training will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time) each day. Lunch will be provided from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, allowing attendees time to enjoy lunch and catch up on emails if needed. We will also include several short morning and afternoon breaks (no longer than 15 minutes each) to keep the training on schedule while covering the full curriculum.
Q: Are meals included with my registration?
A: Lunch is included with your registration each day. Coffee, water, and soft drinks will be available throughout the training. Breakfast and snacks are not included; however, each host hotel offers breakfast in its restaurant and has snacks available for purchase.
Q: Is there a discounted rate for attending both training days?
A: Registration is $100 per day. There is no discounted rate for attending both days.
Q: Will there be opportunities for one-on-one meetings with the Tres team?
A: Yes! Sheri will be available for one-on-one meetings during the Back Office Training day, and Beth will be available during the Advisor Training day.
Q: Should I bring my laptop?
A: Yes, if you'd like to follow along and work hands-on in Tres during the training, please bring your laptop. Laptops will not be provided. If you prefer taking handwritten notes, we also recommend bringing a notebook. While notepads and pens will be available, many attendees prefer using their own supplies.
Q: How do I book my hotel?
A: If you need overnight accommodations, please book directly with the host hotel. Be sure to ask if an industry rate is available at the time of booking.
Q: How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
A: Our training locations are hosted at airport hotels for your convenience. If you're staying at the hotel, you can typically use the complimentary hotel airport shuttle. If you're not staying overnight, rideshare services such as Uber are readily available.
Q: Is parking included with my registration?
A: No. Parking is managed by each hotel and is not included with your registration. Please contact the hotel directly for current parking rates and availability.
Q: Is there a registration deadline?
A: Yes. Registration closes two weeks prior to each Tres on Tour training event, so we encourage you to register early to reserve your spot.
Q: Is there an early registration discount?
A: No. Registration is priced at the same rate regardless of when you register. We've kept the registration fee as low as possible while covering meeting space, lunch, and training expenses.
Q: Will I be able to log in to Tres during the training?
A: Yes. You may log in to your own test domain during the training. If you don't have access to one, we'll provide a training domain for you to use during the hands-on sessions.
Q: Will the trainings be recorded?
A: No, Tres on Tour will not be recorded to both keep registration costs lower and because we have existing training recording available HERE on our website.
Q: If I'm not currently a Tres user and I like what I see at Tres on Tour, what happens next?
A: We will connect you with our Sales team to get started testing Tres in your own domain! You can also reach out to them via email at any time using sales@trestechnologies.com.
