Query the Invoice
- Invoice > Query, select the Invoices tab, or press CTRL+F1
- Search by invoice number, record locator, or other identifying information

Open the Interface Details Window
- Click on the Rec Loc button next to the invoice’s record locator
2. In the grid at the top of the window, highlight the first interface Record
3. Click Save To File
Save Interface Record to File
- Make a note of where you will save the file (for example, “Desktop”)
- Enter a file name for the record
- Use the record locator as the file name, if possible
Example: LFUBOP - If you are saving multiple files with the same record locator, add a number to the end
Example: LFUBOP_1
- Use the record locator as the file name, if possible
- The 'Save as type' option defaults to .txt. If yours does not default to .txt, make sure you choose the drop down box and choose .txt.
- Click Save
Repeat for Additional Interface Records
- If there are multiple records displayed in the REC LOC screen, you will need to highlight each one, then click on Save to File.
- Assign a unique name to each file as noted above. This will insure we receive all the correct records for testing the reported issue.
