Duplicate invoices during GDS interface download
Q: Even after I’ve downloaded interface records from my GDS, they continue to come through during subsequent downloads.
A: For the interface Download process to work as expected, the person running Interface > Download must be logged into Windows as a user with Full (Read/Write/Delete) Rights on the interface file folder. The interface folder may vary, but it’s the one shown in the PNR File Path in the TRAMS Download window:
