Tech Update: If you do not see the "Details of booking and amount" button on the bottom left of your booking, please exit CBO, delete cookies in your browser, and then try the Live Connect process again.
Tech Update:
The URL for Bedsonline has changed. The new URL is https://app.bedsonline.com/deeplink/trams. Please edit the URL in your database as follows:
ClientBase Windows: Click on Utilities > Live Connect Providers. Then find the Bedsonline entry to modify the settings. If you have ClientBase Windows/ClientBase Online sync, the URL must be changed in ClientBase Windows, and then the setting will sync to ClientBase Online.
ClientBase Online Standalone: Go to Tools > Settings. The setting for the Live Connect Provider setup is in the right column. Click on the link and you will see the list of providers.

Live Connect Features Supported by Bedsonline
Bedsonline supports the following Live Connect features if checked:
Bedsonline for ClientBase Windows
To register, go to www.bedsonline.com.

Set Up Bedsonline (Windows)
Upon receiving login information for each agent in your office, take the following steps to setup ClientBase for Live Connect.
Step 1) Create a Live Connect Provider for Bedsonline if none exists by going to Utilities|Live Connect Providers, and clicking Add.
- Provider Name: Enter Bedsonline
- URL: Enter https://app.bedsonline.com/deeplink/trams
- Travel Category: Enter Tour from the drop-down menu
- Import XML from: Enter HTML Source
Step 2) Create a vendor profile in ClientBase for Bedsonline if one does not exist. From the profile manager, retrieve the Bedsonline vendor profile (or create if it is not in database). From the General Info tab, click Live Connect Providers. From here, click Add, then select Bedsonline from the drop-down list. The vendor code is HBD. Under Vendor Info add the Vendor ID 5309 and Click OK.
Create New Bedsonline Reservation (Windows)
Step 1) Create a Res Card in ClientBase, enter the Res Card Cycle and Trip Name, and add a reservation. Enter the Travel Category and select Bedsonline as the vendor, fill in the Travel Category, and then click Live Connect.
Step 2) Select Bedsonline from the drop-down menu by Connect To (if not defaulted), and then click Create New Reservations.
Step 3) Select any customer information to use to book the reservation. This data is automatically passed to Bedsonline and saves time during the booking process, as less fields need to be completed manually. Click Connect.
Step 4) Although still in ClientBase, you are now online at the booking site. Create the booking and when done, click the button “Details of booking and amount.”.
Step 5) Click Import Reservation.
All reservation data booked on-line is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.
Import Reservations from Bedsonline with Live Connect (Windows)
Step 1) Create a new reservation in ClientBase and after entering vendor information, click Live Connect and Import an Existing Reservation. Enter a confirmation number or leave blank, and click OK.
Step 2) If you have entered the number, please click on Bookings at the top to display the reservation, or you can run a search.
Step 3) Once the reservations details are showing, click the button at the bottom "Details of booking amd amount"
Step 4) Then you will see below. Click Import Reservation at the top right.
Retrieve an Existing Reservation for Editing or Canceling (Windows)
Step 1) Launch Live Connect from inside the reservation to edit or cancel in ClientBase.
Step 2) A dialog box appears. Click Retrieve Reservation.
Step 3) Live Connect launches the booking engine site and brings up the reservation. Edit or cancel the reservation using instructions supplied by the booking engine, and exit the booking.
Step 4) When the reservation is confirmed, click on the "Details of booking and amount" button, then click Import Reservation.
All reservation data edited or cancelled online is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.

Bedsonline for ClientBase Online
To register, go to www.bedsonline.com.

Set Up Bedsonline (Online)
Step 1) Once you have obtained accurate login information, you need to add this Live Connect Provider into ClientBase by going to Tools|Settings|Live Connect Providers and clicking Add.
- Provider Name: Enter Bedsonline
- URL: Enter https://app.bedsonline.com/deeplink/trams
- Travel Category: Enter Tour from the drop-down menu
- Import XML from: Enter HTML Source

Create New Bedsonline Reservation (Online)
***Important Note: You must download the Live Connect extension for Chrome before using Live Connect with ClientBase Online. Chrome is the supported browser. Please click here for instructions on downloading the extension.
Step 1) Retrieve the desired client profile, create a new Res Card and after entering basic Res Card info, launch Live Connect by clicking Live Connect on the menu bar. (You can also launch Live Connect from the Profile action gear.)
Step 2) Complete the Live Connect settings by identifying the vendor and the Live Connect Provider.
- You should not set up your login credentials in ClientBase since, for security reasons, no information is passed to the provider site. You will be asked to log in at the site upon connection.
Step 3) Click the Create New Reservation button.
Step 4) Select any Profile, Passenger, Branch and Res Card information you want to use to book the reservation and click Connect to launch the on-line booking engine.
Step 5) The extension will pop up for Bedsonline. You must log in to continue. Complete the reservation(s) using instructions supplied by Bedsonline upon registration. When the reservation is confirmed, click the button “Details of booking and amount.”
Note: If you do not have the Live Connect extension installed, click here for directions on installation.
Step 6) Next click Import Reservation. All reservation data booked on-line is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.
Import Reservations from Bedsonline with Live Connect (Online)
Step 1) Create a new reservation in ClientBase and after entering vendor information, click Live Connect. Enter a confirmation number or leave blank. Click to Import an Existing Reservation. The extension will pop up for Bedsonline. You must log in to continue. If you have entered the number, please click on Bookings at the top to display the reservation, or you can run a search.
Step 2) Once the reservation details are showing, click the button “Details of booking and amount.”
Step 3) Click on Import Reservation. All reservation data booked on-line is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.
Retrieve an Existing Reservation for Editing or Canceling (Online)
To edit or cancel an existing reservation using Live Connect, follow these steps:
Step 1) Launch Live Connect from inside the reservation to edit or cancel in ClientBase.
Step 2) A dialog box appears. Click Retrieve Reservation.
Step 3) Live Connect launches the booking engine site in a new browser tab. Edit or cancel the reservation using instructions supplied by the booking engine.
Step 4) When the reservation is confirmed, click on the on the “Details of booking and amount” button, click on the Live Connect Extension, and then select Import Reservation.
All reservation data edited or cancelled online is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.
