SIG Cruise Pro for ClientBase Windows
This feature is only available to agencies who belong to Signature Travel Network as the SIG Cruise Pro booking engine is exclusive to this group. For more information, please contact Signature Travel Network directly at CruiseBookings@signaturetravelnetwork.com.
Signature members can log into the Signature Intranet, http://www.signaturetravelnetwork.com, and find setup instructions under Communications > Support Documents > Technology Tools > SIG Cruise Pro powered by Odysseus Solutions.

Set Up SIG Cruise Pro (Windows)
Step 1) Create a Live Connect Provider for SIG Cruise Pro if none exists by going to Utilities|Live Connect Providers, and clicking Add. (It’s a good idea to check if the URL is correct.)
- Provider Name: Enter SIG Cruise Pro.
- URL: https://www.signaturetravelnetwork.com/SigNet/index.cfm/LiveConnect/OdysseusCruiseBooking
- Travel Category: Select Cruise from the drop-down menu.
- Import XML from: Enter HTML Source.
Step 2) Set up for Live Connect agent logins can be done individually. When Live Connect is launched, the system first looks to see if there is login information at the User Login level, and if not, then asks the user to login at the provider website. Users can set up their own logins by going to Utilities|My Login|Live Connect and clicking Add.
- Live Connect Provider: Select SIG Cruise Pro from the drop-down list.
- User Name, Password, Account Number: Enter your SigNet User Name, your Password, and Account Number*.
- *The account number is the Agency Key for your branch. To find in SigNet go to Tools & Reports > My Branch Profile > look in the column on the right for your Agency Key.
Step 3) SIG Cruise Pro can import from several different cruise lines. Before using Live Connect, open or create each vendor profile and enter the unique vendor identifier. First click Live Connect Providers and Add to include SIG Cruise Pro along with the Vendor Code. See SIG Cruise Pro Participating Vendors and Vendor Code.
Creating a New Reservation (Windows)
Step 1) When ready to book on-line, create a client Res Card and fill in the Agent, Status, Reservation Cycle, Trip Name, Region/Destination fields and select the travelers. Use the Add Reservation button to start a new reservation. Fill in the Vendor and Travel Category fields and then click Live Connect.
Step 2) Click Create New Reservations.
Step 3) Select customer data to book the reservation (Traveler, Credit Card, Phone and Billing Address) and click Connect.
Step 4) Although still in ClientBase, you are now on-line in SigNet. Search for the desired sailing and click on the Green SIG Cruise Pro button to book. Complete the reservations using instructions supplied by the provider when you registered. When the reservation is confirmed, click Import Reservation. All reservation data booked on-line is now located in ClientBase.
Importing an Existing Reservation (Windows)
Step 1) Create a new Res Card Reservation. Enter the vendor name and click Live Connect. Confirm that the correct Provider is selected and click Import an Existing Reservation. Enter a confirmation number or leave blank and click Okay.
Or
Step 1) Open or create a new Res Card. Click Live Connect in the lower right corner of the Res Card screen. Select the Provider and click on Import and Existing Reservation. Enter a confirmation number or leave blank and click Okay.
Step 2) You will need to retrieve the reservation on the site. Locate the booking and click Manage and then Details to pull up the reservation.
Step 3) When the booking details are displayed, click Import Reservation.
All reservation data booked on-line is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.
Retrieve an Existing Reservation for Editing or Canceling (Windows)
Step 1) Open your current Reservation and click on Live Connect. Click Retrieve Reservation.
Step 2) Depending on how the provider implemented this feature, you may be taken directly to the booking confirmation, or you may need to retrieve the reservation on the site.
Step 3) Edit or cancel the reservation using instructions supplied by the booking engine.
Step 4) When the reservation is confirmed and booking details displayed, click Import Reservation.
All reservation data edited or cancelled online is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.

Set Up SIG Cruise Pro (Online)
Step 1) Once you have obtained accurate login information, you need to add this Live Connect Provider into ClientBase by going to Tools|Settings|Live Connect Providers and clicking Add.
Fill in the following fields:
- Name of the Provider: In blank field provided, type SIG Cruise Pro.
- URL: https://www.signaturetravelnetwork.com/SigNet/index.cfm/LiveConnect/OdysseusCruiseBooking
- Travel Category: Select Cruise
- Import XML from: Select HTML Source.
- Include Authentication: Leave blank.
- Click Save.

Step 1) Retrieve the desired client profile, create a new Res Card and after entering basic Res Card info, launch Live Connect by clicking Live Connect on the menu bar. (You can also launch Live Connect from the Profile action gear.)
Step 2) Complete the Live Connect settings by identifying the vendor, the Live Connect Provider and appropriate Login information.
Step 3) Click the Create New Reservation button.
Step 4) Select any Profile, Passenger, Branch and Res Card information you want to use to book the reservation and click Connect to launch the on-line booking engine.
Step 5) Although you are still in ClientBase, you are now on-line at the Live Connect Provider’s booking site running the on-line booking engine through a ClientBase window. Complete the reservation and when the reservation is confirmed, click Import Reservation from the confirmation page. All reservation data booked on-line is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.
Importing an Existing Reservation (Online)
Step 1) Create a new Res Card or open an existing one and launch Live Connect by clicking the Live Connect icon.
Step 2) Complete the Live Connect settings by identifying the vendor, the Live Connect Provider and appropriate Login information if not auto-populated.
Step 3) Enter the confirmation number for the reservation you want to import and click Import Existing Reservation.
Step 4) You will need to retrieve the reservation on the site. Locate the booking and click Manage and then Details to pull up the reservation.
Step 5) When the booking details are displayed, click Import Reservation.
All reservation data booked on-line is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.
Retrieve an Existing Reservation for Editing or Canceling (Online)
To edit or cancel an existing reservation using Live Connect, follow these steps:
Step 1) Launch Live Connect from inside the Live Connect reservation to edit or cancel. Click Live Connect.
Step 2) Confirm all Live Connect settings including confirmation number, and click Retrieve Reservation.
Step 3) Live Connect launches the booking engine site. Edit or cancel the reservation using instructions supplied by the booking engine, and click Import Reservation. All reservation data edited or cancelled online is now located in the reservation fields in ClientBase.
