This article explains the steps for setting up ClientBase PNR integration with Worldspan

DIR Device, Connection ID, and Pool Name
If you have not already done so, contact your Worldspan Account Manager to enable a DIR Device, assign you a unique agency Connection ID and obtain agency Pool Name. You will need your Pool Name and Connection ID before completing the following steps.
Connection ID
Your connection ID will be a set of six numeric characters and three numeric characters, separated by an underscore. For example, 123456_001.
Pool Name
Your Pool Name will be the same six characters as your connection ID, three alpha-numeric characters (usually your agency’s Worldspan SID), and two numeric characters, separated by underscores. For example, 123456_AB1_01.
Register Your Agency’s Connection ID
Your agency’s connection ID must be registered on each computer from which you will be importing Worldspan PNR’s. To register your connection ID:
1. Download and run the CBBComps Utility which can be downloaded from the following link:

2. When prompted, enter your agency’s Connection ID.
3. Continue clicking Next until the utility has finished making the necessary changes.
4. NOTE: if you do not see this panel, the registration did not complete.
5. Add exclusions to any anti-virus/anti-malware software to allow access to the folder where CBBComps.exe resides.
6. Run CBBComps again entering the connection ID. If the Finish panel does not show up, you will need to investigate which software is not allowing the registry to be saved.
Setting Up ClientBase User Login in ClientBase Windows
Each ClientBase user login needs to be set up with the agent’s Worldspan Sine and the agency’s Pool Name.
- This step may be completed by either the agency’s ClientBase administrator or by each user
- For ClientBase Administrators:
- Click on Utilities > User Logins > User List.
- Highlight the user login, then click Modify.
- For ClientBase User
- Click on Utilities > My Login.
- Select the PNR Import Tab
- Click Add
- Next to Agent Sine, enter the agent’s Worldspan login details.
- This is the same login information that is entered after BSI$ when signing into Worldspan. For example, 0001TS/GS/PASSWORD
- This will need to be updated whenever the agent changes their Worldspan password.
- Next to Pool Name, enter the agency’s Pool Name, entering any letters in upper case.
- Click OK to save.
- For ClientBase Administrators:
Setting Up ClientBase User Login in ClientBase Online
- This step may be completed by either the agency’s ClientBase administrator or by each user
- For ClientBase Administrators:
- Click on Tools Icon > Settings > User Logins.
- Highlight the user login, then click Modify.
- For ClientBase User
- Click on Tools Icon > My Login.
- Select the PNR Import Tab
- Click Add
- Next to Agent Sine, enter the agent’s Worldspan login details.
- This is the same login information that is entered after BSI$ when signing into Worldspan. For example, 0001TS/GS/PASSWORD
- This will need to be updated whenever the agent changes their Worldspan password.
- Next to Pool Name, enter the agency’s Pool Name, entering any letters in upper case.
