Due to the transition of Amadeus to a web-based selling platform, ClientBase users can no longer import Amadeus PNR information into ClientBase Res Cards. The new version of Amadeus does not include the tools that ClientBase uses to connect to the GDS. Connecting directly to the new selling platform is a resource-intensive project that would require us to build an entirely new interface.
As most of our development resources are committed to building the new Tres platform, we are currently focusing on creating the connection between Tres and Amadeus.
Our new product, Tres, is the next evolution of agency CRM and Back Office technology and we are committed to creating a platform that that integrates with the latest booking engines that our customers depend on. That includes complete PNR integration to all GDS, including Amadeus.
