The following is for resetting a password for the SYSDBA login of ClientBase Online. See Related Articles for instructions on resetting a password for a User's login.
- First find the email address that is associated with the SYSDBA user. To do this, log into ClientBase Windows as SYSDBA and go to Utilities > My Login. Make a note of the email you see on that screen.
- Go to https://clientbaseonline.trams.com/login/ and enter SYSDBA, leave password blank, and enter your PCC.
- Click on the 'Forgot My Login Name/Password' link.
- Enter the email address you looked up in step 1 and SYSDBA for the Login Name.
- You will receive a temporary password sent to that email address.
- Click the link to go back to the login screen.
- Carefully highlight and copy the new temporary password from the email you were sent.
- Make sure you do not include blank spaces before and/or after the temporary password.
- Paste the temporary password into the Old Password field.
- VERY IMPORTANT: If the Old Password field is populated, clear the field and paste the temporary password.
- Create a new password and enter it twice as requested.
- Note the password restrictions. They may not be the same as in the screen shot below.
