Merge to PNR Skills Monitor Results - Check Progress - Inspect What You Expect!
For Back Office Users only!! After the agents have learning the basic Merge to PNR skills, use reports to monitor their progress. You first must create Merge to PNR rule to move a UDID into the PNR. Review and discuss the results with agents as soon as possible:
In Trams Back Office (or any back office program) run a UDID report with appropriate parameters to track how many agents have been using Merge to PNR from ClientBase Windows.
- In TBO, go to Reports > Report Generator > Print Report, and select Client Activity Detail Report. Put in date parameters (day before) in Issue Date Range From & To. Under the Advanced Tab, Select UDID 5 and is not blank. You can also select one agent or leave the agent field blank and the report will contain all agents.
- Publish Report Stats daily for all to view (for agent accountability) using the percentage of PNRs started from ClientBase Windows.
- Review Merge to PNR skills with those agents who need help.
- Randomly select agents to sit with and observe usage.
