The Branch screens allow the System Administrator to carry out system maintenance functions, such as recording agency name and address details, creating users and passwords, setting up security levels and customising documentation.
In order to add, modify, or delete branch data, the System Administrator must Log In to CrossCheck Travel Enterprise using the Supervisor User Id and Password. NOTE: If you access multiple databases in your agency, you must first select the profile dropdown arrow in the login screen to select the correct database.
To log in:
- At the Login screen enter the Supervisor User Id and Password.
- Click on OK (or press the Enter key).
