Transmitting the Upload
Click the OK to Send button. CCTE transmits this information to Smartpoint and it is displayed in a booking file on the main Itinerary screen. Go to Smartpoint and your PNR will be displayed.
Re-upload a client file
A check box calledName is included in the Upload screen, this is checked by default. When Name is checked then the upload process will add client names to the Travelport+ PNR. When Name is unchecked the passenger names are not added to the PNR, however other data (e.g.: Phone number, email address) that is checked will be added to the PNR.

Where a client file is to be re-uploaded to the same Travelport+ PNR, the consultant should:
- Deselect “Name”, “All data” and “MAR” checkboxes
- Uncheck data that should not be uploaded again as this can lead to duplication of data in the PNR
- Ensure that any checked data is required
There is no verification of duplication between the client data to be re-uploaded and the previously uploaded data in the PNR. This may therefore result in duplication of data.
